Path Work Readings are personal, normally done through physical contact or extended contact such as ZOOM (Video/audio). I can do Path Work readings through email but like everything else, people get distracted and loose focus and the ability to help through email diminishes.

The lays I use during Path Work are varied and complex. They are driven by-what- the cards want to do for that specific person. Each reading's outcome includes a list of meditation questions the participant takes back, reflects upon, answers and brings those answers to the next session. Most questions are very personal, sorta like soul searching for answer type questions. Normally a Path Work reading spans a month (one reading a week) with the rest of the week devoted to self-reflection and answering the questions that have been created because of the reading.

The primary goal of Path Work is to develop a better understanding of what directs us, drives us, processes, thoughts and training both conscious and unconscious that control how and what we do. Through this understanding one can actually create a set of tasks or activities to change or have better control over a path/direction.

Because of the vary nature of Path Work, a person who undertakes Path Work must be committed to spending at least 2 hours every two weeks working on the outcome of the readings in addition to participating with the actual readings. I prefer Path Work only after a Foundation or Complex Foundation reading has occurred to set the groundwork for the building blocks of Path Work to be created from.
